For international purchases, no kind of exchange or refund is accepted for a credit balance.
Items for exchange or return must have all tickets and tags, must be unused, in the same condition as shipped with its original box and packaging. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If the items are returned after 30 calendar days from the delivery date at the indicated address (based on the delivery date that the carrier provides as proof), we will return the items to the customer and the credit card used will be charged. in the purchase all additional expenses incurred for return transportation.
Any product purchased at a discount is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The return and exchange forms on the website can be requested by email at email@example.com, these are absolutely essential to accept any return or exchange in our warehouse. Any package that arrives at our facilities without such forms will be returned to the customer’s origin address and the credit card used in the purchase will be charged for all additional expenses incurred for its return transportation.
